As of 26th January 2016 there are only 6 EU Authorities empowered to verify import and export shipments of rough diamonds, namely Antwerp (Belgium), Bucharest (Romania), Idar-Oberstein (Germany), Lisbon (Portugal), London (United Kingdom) and Prague (Czech Republic).
Bulgaria will no longer have such an Authority.
